As I write this I am currently 280lbs, 5’11” and definitely obese! I have been working on myself for the past two months and I am down a total of 15lbs. I would like to use this blog to serve as a constant reminder to the reasons and the journey of my weight loss and personal development. I hope that in reading this it inspires you to try alongside me!
