Turkey Bowl meal plan!

I talk about meal prep quite a bit and it’s importance so I wanted to give you my all time favourite recipe, now this recipe isn’t the most tasty in the world but it is fast, simple, cheap, and very filling! For a serving of 10 that’s 5 lunches, 5 dinners you need the following;

  • 1000 grams of broccoli florets. (I prefer frozen due to the ease of not prepping)
  • 450 grams of uncooked brown rice.
  • 1000 grams of ground turkey
  • 3 cans of corn
  • One whole onion
  • Cilantro
  • 3 cups teriyaki sauce

I like to mix the corn, cilantro, and onion together and cook and put in a separate bowl. Then I prepare my ground turkey, and rice. The single portions work out to ;

  • 100 grams broccoli
  • 100 grams corn mixture
  • 100 grams cooked rice
  • 100 grams ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki saucy

That works out to approximately 489 calories per serving and it is filling, let me know what you think of the recipe, post your favourite meals in the comments !
